SAN FRANCISCO – January 3, 2024 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2024. Ethan Smith, SIOR, Newmark Pearson Commercial, will serve as the chapter’s president for the year; David Buchholz, SIOR, Colliers/San Jose, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; Alex Hoeck, Colliers/Stockton is the chapter secretary; Kyle Portal, Colliers/San Jose, is the chapter treasurer; Tony Binswanger, SIOR, Cushman & Wakefield/Walnut Creek, is the chapter member at large and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. Michael Carrigg, SIOR, Colliers/Pleasanton, is the past president/adviser.
