Northern California members complete 10 high-profile transactions

SAN FRANCISCO – May 6, 2015 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has announced its recent top 10 list of significant transactions, ranging from a 916,034-square-foot industrial sale earlier this year valued at $51.5 million in Stockton, Calif. to a 36,819-square-foot office lease valued at more than $3 million in Reno, Nev.

The other large deals included a 153,000-square-foot office/R&D sale valued at $40.8 million and a 105,801-square-foot R&D sale valued at $30 million, both in Sunnyvale, Calif. Another transaction topping the charts was a 123,417-square-foot office lease valued at $27.2 million in Sacramento. Other noteworthy transactions were located in Lathrop, Richmond, Union City and Fremont, Calif.
