SAN FRANCISCO – December 20, 2017 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2018. John Hans, SIOR, Rossetti Company in San Luis Obispo, Calif., will serve as the chapter’s president for the year. Ed Hofer, SIOR, Colliers International/San Jose, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; Greg Shutt, SIOR, Colliers International/Reno, is the chapter secretary; Dan Dowd, SIOR, Newmark Cornish & Carey/Oakland is the chapter treasurer and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers International/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. Todd Severson, SIOR, Colliers International/Oakland is the past president/adviser and, Mike McCarthy, SIOR, Colliers International/San Francisco is the board member at large.
